We ship via UPS for all Countries unless otherwise instructed.



Domestic Free Shipping

An order of $300 value or more, within the USA will be shipped UPS Ground at no charge. Freight charges on displays are the responsibility of the customer. 



What is your shipping policy for international orders?

International shipments under the net value of $500.00 will be charged a flat fee of $50.00

International Free Shipping

An order of $500 or more will be shipped FREE via UPS Worldwide Express Expedited. (Excluding all forms of displays).

NOTE: Shipping charge is excluded from the total sum of the order.

*SalesOne Studios covers the freight charge of the package; insurance, duties and taxes that are incurred are not covered in the free shipping policy.

*Shipping upgrades are not available on any free shipping promotion - domestic or international. 

*We reserve the right to change or discontinue the free shipping policy at any time. 

*All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes during transportation; All shipments are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid).

*All international shipments are subject to an insurance fee and if any duties/taxes are incurred you are liable to pay.



Shipping Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions

UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Such services are available, provided that the customs clearance is performed by UPS Supply Chain Solutions brokerage offices designated by UPS for clearing these packages and there is not a delay caused by certain events beyond our control, such as a government agency hold.

If in any way your shipment was delayed due to the reasons beyond our control, SalesOne Studios / SalesOne LLC is not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.

The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS' control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, and any delay due to natural disasters.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches to the specified delivery hub i.e., UPS, USPS. After that, it is out of our control.

Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, UPS we cannot provide a refund.

We are not responsible for weather related damage or delays. Once a package leaves our facility, it is completely out of our control.


Shipping to Canada

Duties are determined as a percentage of the total amount of goods purchased. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities.



Shipping outside the U.S.A 

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. SalesOne LLC ships your package DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes. SalesOne Studios cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.



Duties and Taxes on International Shipments

When you place an international order at www.salesonestudios.com or via phone, fax, or email, you authorize our shipping carrier (UPS) customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue (depending on country) to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes.



Shipping and Transit Time

Please check with UPS online or ask us when placing your order if you need to know the shipping and transit time specific to your country.



Wrong Address Corrections

Please carefully check both your billing and shipping addresses before finalizing an order. If in any case there is an error or that the billing and shipping information needs to be corrected, you will automatically be assessed the following:

  • › If your address is a residential address but you mark commercial there will be a $4.00 correction change.  

  • › If in any matter a number, name, avenue, street, Blvd., etc., needs correction there is a correction fee of $12.00.
